The new RheoTex software developed by LAMY RHEOLOGY allows control of all instruments
The measuring head of the GT300 PLUS has the same characteristics as the GT300 PLUS viscometer.
Like this one, it can be used alone or with the Rheotex Software.
When it is controlled by a computer, the choice of the most judicious method is a constant speed measurement followed by the evolution of the viscosity as a function of time (see instructions for use of the software for programming).
This will determine the inflection point when the reaction of your product begins.
Using the GT300 PLUS without the software only provides the time when the maximum torque of the instrument is reached.
Since it is an automatic shutdown, no recording or reading of the result will be possible.
It is therefore best to use it with the software.
When using the GT300 PLUS with or without software, the measurement will stop automatically when the maximum torque of the measuring head is reached.
The license file associated with the software allows you to automatically configure software to be compatible with instrument. Since the software base is the same,
only an additional license is required when you have two devices to control by RheoTex.
The installation of the software is not limited to one computer station.
The integrity of results and methods is guaranteed by using a database and by an optimized management of the users with specific rights.
New graphical tools allow custom management of the display of curves, tables and analysis results.
The 21 CFR option is available in two versions :
• Standard for only one approval electronic signature.• Advanced for three level of electronic signature : Done-Review-Approval.

Manual Mode enables to choose your measurement parameters like «Measuring System », « Speed » then « Time of measurement ».
Auto mode allows you to select pre-recorded programs.
Select the program from the list and click "Start" to start your measurement.
The display automatically adjusts to show the current measurement.
At the end of measurement, instrument will ask you to save or print (if printer is connected).
Remote Mode
This mode enables to drive GT300 PLUS by external RheoTex software.
